Meet our Founder

Simone is the heart and soul behind EvolvedMe Training & Consulting. As a speaker, confidence coach, mentor and training specialist, with over 15 years of experience in senior leadership, transforming workplaces and empowering individuals, she brings a uniquely authentic approach to professional development, blending creative energy with corporate expertise.
Her journey from theatre director to corporate leader has shaped her distinctive training style. Having held senior roles in operations, HR, and people management across some of the UK's leading digital educators and training organisations, including the pioneering code educator Decoded, Simone has built thriving global teams from scratch, upskilled thousands of professionals and advanced how organisations approach learning and development.
Alongside her transformation work, Simone is developing Jay Genius, an animated children's series celebrating racial diversity – a project that embodies her commitment to amplifying diverse voices. With a First-class degree in Drama & Media Arts and years of hands-on experience, she brings both creative insight and strategic thinking to every challenge.
At her core, Simone believes authenticity holds a profound capacity to positively reshape how we understand ourselves and others. Through EvolvedMe, she's creating a fresh approach to professional development – one where a Human-First focus is the foundation of growth and success.
